Function of the whole machine

v Designed according to high request and for reliable function ,the operation of the machine is humanized ,which can accomplish the setting ,revision ,implement ,replacing and memory function in a short time with a exact date displayed

v Printing units adopt the double inking system .In the same printing unit ,we can use dortor and the ceramic roller to ink the printing roller or use the rubber roller and ceramic roller to ink the printing roller ,according to different printing requirement

v All the driving rollers adopt the high quality steel with hard chromium plated and the surface is polished

v The driving gears adopt 20CrMnti high quality alloy steel which is heat treated and polished

v The main driving roller adopt keyless connection ,which can decrease the connection gap to guarantee the printing precision

v Lubricate oil automatic balance device can keep the oil level in each unit

v The machine is controlled by PLC with the function of “Automatic zero return” and memory function of printing location and carton size

v Feeding method :led edge feeding

Function of Feeding Unit

v Adopt lead edge feeder ,Wind absorbing can have the cardboard to be fed smoothly .The wind volume can be adjusted according to the bending degree of the cardboard (Can choose mechanical or Germany servo type)

v Start protecting device of the main motor The main motor can not run until the platform is locked

v Continuous feeding and skip feeding are optional

v There are double rubber rollers for feeding with slot on the rubber surface to avoid high pressure

v The side guides adopt electric control with date display ,Pneumatic aligning device is added .The back guide is adjusted by electric control while the front guide is adjusted manually

v With brush and dust-absorbing blower ,the printing quality will be improved .

v The electric counter is user to set up the production plan .When the production plan is completed ,it will warn.The touch screen can also set up the production quantity as well as display

Function of printing Unit

v With the pedal switch electrically control the printing roller to run clockwise or anticlockwise .we can have the printing quickly changed

v The phase of printing roller can be electrically adjusted in 360°by PLC Phase motor invoter control We can input the date according to the error and adjust while the machine is running or stopped

v The breadth wise movement of printing roller can be electrically adjust by PLC The adjust scope is ±10mm

v The phase fix device adopts cylinder brake .When the printing unit is open and being washed ,the cylinder will brake all the gears and keep them in the original location

v The anilox roller is controlled by pneumatic and automatic go up or down synchronously with the cardboard feeding system (when the cardboard is fed ,the anilox rollers of printing unit will automatic go down to touch the printing roller .When the feeding is stopped ,the anilox roller will automatic go up to separate from the printing roller )

v The pneumatic diaphragm pumps are used for inking .The ink circulates automatically We should have water circulated when washing the printing unit

v With the “Memory ” function on the touch screen ,after washing the printing plate ,we can have the printing roller to run back to the original position

Function of slotting Unit

v With pre-creasing wheels for prevent the cardboard rupture while creasing v There are knives on same plate,The height of the carton adopt PLC and electric input data adjustment touch screen control

v The phase of the slotting unit adopt PLC and electric 360° adjust ,accord the error to input the adjust data ,can be adjusted while the machine running or stop

v The slotting knives and the creasing wheels horizontal moving adopt electric synchronous adjustment .PLC with touch screen adjustment, input the size of the carton into the touch screen ,will automatic adjusting

v Creasing space and knife roller space adjustment adopt self -locking structure v The carton height adjustment have a anticollision device for the slotting knives,will not destroy the machine

v An anticollision device is used while the slotting knife plate horizontal moving (Electronic formula)

v The slotting knives is sawtooth ,adopt alloy steel material and after heat treatment and grinded , more hardwearing and sharrp-edged .Two- piece type cutting knives ,sharp-edged and high precision .The breadth is 7mm

Function of rotary die cutting

v The rubber roller adopt mechanical control the position move left and right .The movement distance is 40mm

v The phase of the die-cutting unit adopt PLC and electric 360°adjust .accord the error to input the adjust data ,can be adjusted while the machine running or stop

v The horizontal moving of the die roller adopt PLC and electric adjustment ,input the adjust data accord the error ,adjusting distance is 10mm

v The space adjustment between rubber roller and die roller adopt self-locking structure ,with cylinder big scope quickly adjust ,decrease the rubber wear ,increase the rubber life

v The space adjustment between the feed rollers adopt self-locking structure

v The unique speed compensation device can make the rubber roller rolling running with the die roller ,make the surface speed of the rubber cushion is completely by the die roller ,the shape of the carton sheet will absolutely equal to the die pattern

v There is a rubber repair device with the machine ,the rubber can be used after being repaired
